As usual I was greeted immediately upon arrival but was not seen until 45 minutes from my arrival time. Both the cleaning and examination were expertly performed by the very courteous Eastern Dental staff.

I always like the work they do and the dentist are friendly. However they don't seem to value the patients time. No matter how early you come for an appointment you can expect to be called back 30 minutes after your arrival time. I mean when you sign in it asks for your arrival time and your appointment time, but what does it matter what time you arrive if you are waiting for 30 minutes. I waited in the waiting room.
