Just returned from my Eastern Dental Forked River visit.Where do they get they're warm friendly staff! Dr Dubman explained my problem and the repair they would be doing. He is such a confident professional you feel completely at ease.

If there is a zero i will rate this as zero. VERY RUDE, UNPOLITE, WHY? VERY RUDE Customer service our appointment is 10:30 am we arrived 10:00 then signed in the front desk we waited until 11:25 no one told us anything until i follow up them when will be our turn, but they just said you have to signed up for the ortho which is another one. REALLY how many times are we going to signed up 2 times if that's the case they should have informed us as soon as we arrived, they just keep Talking around there doing nothing. Bewa... read more

Took me in 1 hour after calling.Office polite and helpful.Dr Stewart meticulous,,informative, and VERY PROFESSIONAL!! His assistant Michelle very professional ,and helped me from beginning to end of procedure.went over aftercare thoughorly.I had no problem AT ALL with Eastern Dental.

Eastern Dental lab. destroyed my upper Denture and lower partial. They came back not fitting anymore. Dr. Princy was determined to make them fix, after I repeatedly told her, they don't fix. I passed off to the Dr. in the front. Now I have to come in for my lower partial, I still have my upper denture, that don't fix, their uneven, their heavy. They scratch the top of my mouth. I'm wearing a face mask

I was in Eastern Dental on 6/20/23. I needed an extraction. I was so nervous. Dr. Stewart explained to me everything that he was going to do. With his calming tone, and compassion ,I knew I was in good hands. He assured me that I would not feel anything, and he was right. .He was very gentle. Also he assistant, Elle was great. I would highly recommend Eastern Dental Manahawkin and Dr. Stewart.

I've been going here for more than 20 years. It has gone downhill very quickly. They are very rude on the phone. If they ever answer the phone many times they never even call you back after you have left a message. They make you sit In the waiting room for at least two hours plus very often. And then to talk about the quality of work. I've had many fillings and crowns actually fall out just a month or 2 afterwards. I almost think they purposely Tell you you need additional work just so they can send it to the insurance comp... read more

Eastern Dental in Union NJ was recommended by my Union. I've been a patient for years. The quality of customer service has changed over the years. It's extremely hard to get a basic exam and cleaning appointment. It's scheduled about 3 months out. I arrived about twenty minutes early for a 4:30 pm appointment, I had both my x-rays and exam done and it took a total of 15 minutes. While waiting for my cleaning at 530pm the Front Desk Manager comes and tell me they close at 6pm so I will not be able to get my cleaning. The man... read more

Eastern Dental of Parsippany Don’t go here. All they care about is what extra they can charge you. They don’t do a good cleaning. The first time I went here they did the x-rays and then the Dentist sees you to check your teeth. After that you go to get the cleaning. After a few years of getting a cleaning, the woman cleaning them didn’t even take out the hook to pick them. She went around the teeth for about 30 seconds with the sonic cleaner and did nothing. During my first visit to Eastern Dental of Flemington, I was satisfied. They greeted me nicely as soon as I walked in. Accomplished the new client form, and was taken back to see the dentist all within 10 minutes. The Dentist, assistant, and receptionists were all extremely courteous, informative, and helpful.
