While the staff was kind and professional, the wait time was COMPLETELY unacceptable. I had an 8 am appointment — I didn't see the dentist until 9:10. Then I waited another FULL HOUR before I saw the dental hygienist. I missed three hours of work and wasted money on Uber because, if I had known I was actually going to be admitted later, I would have driven there myself after dropping my kids off. Don’t waste your time going there. I book an appointment and ask if a referral or anything is required they said no we will get all the info from your dentist. My husband shows up for his appointment and take a day off from work for it and they tell him you need a referral and the periodontist is not in today. So why did you book us the appointment for this day and why was I not informed about the requirements when asked. They wasted our time and reception lady was so rude and disrespectful. Worst called 3 times 2 days in a row was put on hold and no one ever answered , then was told they were on lunch from12:00-2:00 , what was the whole office on lunch
