I took my son in for a cleaning and he was only able to get get his exam because they only had one hygienist on and had to reschedule the cleaning after waiting 40 minutes for a less then 5 minute exam. Oh. And they called me the day before to confirm my appointment.

Dentist Wei works really fast as if he was in a hurry and kept hitting my lip with the tools. He left a small cut on the top of my lip. Did a good job with my crown prep in the end but the process was not a good experience at all

This is a joke right? My husband didn’t go to the appointment because they couldn’t say if he would been seen or told to come back another day. He had an appointment scheduled but due to low staffing he was told he might night been seen today. This is not acceptable on so many levels. He has a firm appointment with an office that wants patients and doesn’t suggest you come in to possibly been seen on your scheduled appointment day. He will actually be seen. HORRIBLE! If I could give it zero stars, I would!! I was looking for a new Dentist and decided to give Eastern a try. Myself and my son had back to back appointments which had been scheduled for several months. My son had to leave work early for this appointment! Upon arrival, I was taken back and received x-rays, afterward, I was sent back to the waiting area without explanation. The receptionist called me back up and proceeded to tell me that I have to reschedule the second portion of the apt ( the cleaning) due to the off... read more
