The wait time was a bit ridiculous- I think more staff is needed. My husband and I arrived at 9:30 for a 10:00 and 10:30 appt. Our X Rays were taken almost immediately, but we sat and waited for over an hour to be cleaned and then had to wait another 10 minutes at the front desk to check out
The staffs are professional and caring. I love that the wait period is very short. Thank you.
First appointment was delayed 3 months. When I showed to that appointment, they took xrays, did a very brief exam, and told me they had to reschedule my cleaning that had already been delayed 3 months. It would have been much appreciated to have called me ahead so I didn’t waste my time driving here.
Joe and the doctor and the staff at eastern dental were amazing and kind. It’s a rough time going to the dentist and they made it quick and easy
In for my cleaning today and my hygienist was great. Shared some insights on keeping teeth/gums healthy . She was professional and had me out in no time.
