I’ve called multiple times and left messages asking about our upcoming appointment. Never reach anyone in the office and never get a response from messages. Are they still in business? Just received a call back. Always nice to talk to someone in the office.
Can’t say enough good things!! Superior knowledge and service. I had broken Mitsubishi mini splits, and Eric quickly identified and resolved the problems. I will only ever trust Eastern CT Heating with these units going forward.
Long story short, I had a mini split unit installed about 2 years ago. Recently my unit struggled in the cooler temps. One call to Dan and Eric is all I needed. These guys troubleshot and found a very rare glitch in some software that very few units had. I told them no rush, as I knew it was boiler season, and I had other means of heat.
