Not a good repair shop I came to this business because I thought they would be okay and not rip me off but I was very wrong. I paid for my computer to be repaired and was told I would get a free diagnostic, which was a lie. My issue is that I will use the computer and the screen goes blue or just shuts off and doesn't display on the monitors. I am experienced in computers but not sure what to do with this situation or how to fix it. They took my P.C. tower and about two days later I received it back. The cost was around 78$ ... read more

Good Selection and Quality Service I have had purchased a desktop system and various other computer accessories from Eastern Computers in the past. So far, every transaction has been quite pleasant. The prices are fairly affordable and the service I have experienced has been satisfactory.

ceo i would never ever use this service again. THEY REMOVED ALL OF MY PROGRAMS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, INSTALLED UNUSABLE PROGRAMS, were totally inexperienced. totally disrectful to woman. Made me carry heavy equipment down verticle steps, wouldnt return phone calls, made me come in 3 times, each time they couldnt find a solution to my problems, then they broke my scanner, and then had the never to charge me a service call saying that that was a different service. Eastern Computers also has a big selection of PC parts, those of well-known brands as well as off-brand, and the prices are really cheap.
