This is an Excellent shop, they have TONS of awesome costumes, and thier prices are GREAT! The young lady that helped me was very attentive and kind. Excellent Customer service. I RATE THIS 5 STARS!! This is the BEST shop.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Stopped here with my son while on Vaca visiting family in Boston, the staff was very friendly, and even more impressive the young man that works there (Mr. Notimportant) was SO nice and patient with my son, who is severely Autistic. Most people are rude and not understanding when it comes to his outbursts. Mr.Notimportant was SO good with him, patients is a rare quality these days. Best Service Ever! – Staff was very friendly and helpful when I called to inquire about costumes, props and wigs for my latest film project. The website was also really helpful. Great prices. I needed 5 Princess Leia costumes for SW based scene. Thought I would pay a fourtune, but they offer 10%discount off when you buy 5, so I saved about $30, more than half of the cost of the 5th costume! Thank you for answering all of my questions, you earned this 5+++++ review!

Never Step One Foot In This Store - The Owner Is A Complete Psycho – I have never written a review of a business, but this was no ordinary experience. DO NOT step one foot into this Costume Shop, unless you want to be verbally abused like never before. Poor Customer Service – Horrible Customer service in a store! I faced an angry tiny man in a store who was awfully rude to employees and who was rude to me as well. He said that his name is "Notimportant". So if he'd like so I will call him Mr. Notimportant from now on. Mr. Notimportant called himself an owner and tried to start a fight with one of the customers by getting into his face and swearing. Not Very Customer Friendly – I was quite taken back with the tone of voice used during a complaint about the quality of service I had received. I do not believe it was appropriate, and quite un called for. I would appreciate if next time I decide to purchase anything from your store, I may have a more courteous rep assist me. This store does have quite the selection, but whom ever I spoke to could use a more chivalrous tone!
WORST customer service I have ever received! – Now I have never left a review about a buisness, or experiance before, but that is because I have never had an experiance quite like this one before.
