My son has been seeing these doctors for over 16 years. The best doctors. We love Dr Keith and Dr Davis. Yes, the Florence office is crazy busy most of the time, especially the sick side. We switched to the Darlington office and never have to wait now. There's only one other pediatrician I'd trust with my kids and he's not in South Carolina anymore.

(Florence office)Saturday clinic hours 9-9:30. 05/17/2025 Called at 9am and ask was it still okay to come and was told as long as I’m there by 9:30 my child would be seen. Get there at 9:30 on the dot and called and let them know I was outside. They had me and my daughter stand outside for more than 30 minutes just to say she would not be seen! I would not have came if I knew my child would not be seen.Furious isn’t even close to how I felt! Will definitely be finding my child a different pediatrician asap! Very unprofession... read more

Very rude and unorganized. I waited 3 hour for them to call in a prescription for a sick child. You can't ever get anyone on the phone and it takes hours for them to return a call.

I have been bringing my baby here for almost 9 years now. Dr Bardi saved my babies life more than twice and kept her out of the hospital. Unfortunately he is retired. The other Doctors there are still excellent. Dr Calabrese, and Dr Davis are my favorite, but my baby has seen them all over the years. The staff are amazing and helpful. I have never had an issue with anyone and I highly recommend this practice. They actually listen to the parent and the child when able to explain what is going on. That's important to me.
