I've been living here 5 yrs dealing with mold and poor maintenance
The lovely managers are very nice & helpful. They care about their tenants. The maintenance guys work hard too to keep the facilities well maintained. Really like living here. Thank you guys!!!!!🤗
I've been a tenant almost 2 years, apartment manager is amazing always there to help you with any and all questions and issues . Her staff is of good charecter. Maintence is some of the best , there in a second for any need you have. It's a clean and we'll kept complex . Kings terrace is a family orientated atmosphere . It's what you make it, and I've made it a nice home .
