Terrible experience this morning. Received a coupon for a free manicure in the mail for new customers. Walked in and was told I had to sit outside until a manager came to verify the coupon because it “wasn’t her job” by a lady at the front desk. The place was completely empty. I come back in manager still not there. Lady tells me to sit down and they will start on my nails and says if the manager does not accept my coupon I’ll have to pay. I just left after one of the staff came up to me to say my 2 yr old (who just got a manicure) was disturbing a customer. My daughter was quiet while getting her manicure and once I was drying got a little ancy but was not loud nor running around. She moved back and forth from two chairs that were next to me. I’m appalled that they would have the audacity to come up to me to complain! They lost a customer for sure. Absolutely love it!!! Been coming here for years and I will keep coming back! All the girls are highly skilled, with great top quality products. The place is super clean ALWAYS, I don’t have a single complaint. If you like spa this is the best place in Long Island.

What is this talk about quality? I saw nothing but lack of sanitation and cheap, allergenic product. They charge extra for what should be standard at the elevated prices that they charge. This is no slight on the employees, but the owner(s). Natural Nail Salon is right in Syosset. Pricey, but if you're going to Eastern Breeze, then this salon is the better choice. Incredible product selection, beautiful environment, sanitary, and excellent people skills.

first time there and i absolutely LOVED it� got my marine spa pedicure and a back massage . best place ever!!!
