Fun experience today. It might be my privilege but I don’t like being accused of counterfeiting a $20 when I asked to get quarters. I presented my debit card, with the bill and it was an odd experience. I’ve used Central Sq and Harvard Sq locations for years an never treated this way. They ran my bill through a machine, it passed. I slide the quarters back and took the bill back. Also, I walked in and had to ask if anyone was there. I stood at the counter and there was no one out front or in any of the offices.
I attempted to cash a check. This branch told me they couldn't accept out of state ID. I went to a branch downtown. was in and out in 7 minutes with my money. I don't know why they gave me a hard time
A bank center refused to break a bill for me just because I didn't have an account with them. Isn't it mean? Also it is also a way to push your potential customer away. Shameful!

Don’t come here staff are super unprofessional and nosy. I had to take out a larger some of money, they asked me 1000 and 1 questions about what i’m going to do with MY money which quite frankly is no one’s business. On top of that they also questioned my recent purchases which has never happened to me at an Eastern bank or any bank ever Lol
