Fui a cambiar un cheque y salí hasta con una cuenta 😄 la señora que me atendió super agradable , yo hablo poco inglés así que la señora muy amablemente me habló lento todo el tiempo para que le pueda seguirle el paso , incluso salio hacia la parte de afuera y se puso a mi lado para ayudarme.❤
Super slow service at the front desk
Fun experience today. It might be my privilege but I don’t like being accused of counterfeiting a $20 when I asked to get quarters. I presented my debit card, with the bill and it was an odd experience. I’ve used Central Sq and Harvard Sq locations for years an never treated this way. They ran my bill through a machine, it passed. I slide the quarters back and took the bill back. Also, I walked in and had to ask if anyone was there. I stood at the counter and there was no one out front or in any of the offices.
I attempted to cash a check. This branch told me they couldn't accept out of state ID. I went to a branch downtown. was in and out in 7 minutes with my money. I don't know why they gave me a hard time
A bank center refused to break a bill for me just because I didn't have an account with them. Isn't it mean? Also it is also a way to push your potential customer away. Shameful!
