They don't get back to you in a timely manner if at all. They aren't professional in the least and when trying to get a straight answer, they pass the blame onto someone who isn't there so you cant even confront them.
I had a fantastic experience with Jordan Lundy, who delivered exceptional communication and service during my vehicle purchase. Purchased a 2013 Audi for my daughter in August. Spent roughly $1,700 in "patch" repairs and oil changes thus far and now trading it in. Normally don't give poor reviews being that I'm a business owner as well but really disappointed. Purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento as well and that vehicle needed work, but found out there were 11 recalls that hadn't been addressed. Nice staff, but additional costs when vehicles sold close to value isn't worth it. Sorry.
Eastern Auto Exchange is an outstanding business! Customer service is their main priority and this is why they are so successful! My wife and I could not be happier with their compassionate and prompt service and I highly recommend them, whether it is for service or when it comes time to buy a quality, certified pre-owned vehicle, they are your guys!
