RecommendedNever disappointed and work is always guaranteed nice people and fast! I’m glad I have found a place that does not hassle me because I am a woman and oblivious about cars lol (that me clueless about cars) some places will over charge and try to skate by and have you coming back NOT THIS PLACE! They treat everyone the same and the work is great fast and they are honest I definitely recommend them ! Thank you Eastern Auto!
update: they did an awesome job. Very happy with work, price was acceptable.. Will let you know in 3 days as to how I feel. Trouble is going in tomorrow to have new Springs but all the way around and a 4 way alignment so I will know Monday when I pick it

This establishment is very unprofessional. They were suppose to the fix the alternator, this is a 1 to 2 day thing. It took them one month the finish the task and 3 tries. During this period I also had the replace the battery. I was stranded at a store and had to have the car towed after they "fixed" the alternator. Recently, the alternator began acting up again and I had it towed back to the business, they cursed at me and didn't want to repair the work they started. The costumer forgot to mention that she brought the alternator and it was a remanufacture one and those are not always good, plus she came with the diagnostic from some other shop. She requested labor only After replacing the alternator twice we suggested her to let us buy a new alternator and in that way she can get full warranty from us which she did. Not every one can work on older(89) trucks but they has me in and out in one day.
