Four years after getting three sliding glass doors installed, we opened one that we don't use at all. It wouldn't close and lock. We called Lowes who wouldn't honor any installation warranty and didn't want to help. We Eastern Windows and Doors and told them our problem. They sent two workers who readgusted it. It closes, it locks and we like all of our other sliding glass doors. They didn't even charge me. Now, that's standing behind your product. Thank you Eastern.
