Eastern Applicators are the worst company! The quality of work is poor and sloppy. They take the easy way out to finish a job but not in a proper way it has to be done. They are dishonest and lie just to protect their face. Eastern Applicators was a contractor for KHov builders. The drywall one year was done by Eastern Applicators and the work was not satisfactory and many areas were not done correctly. Also, they ruined my fabric blind. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disappointment—from executive management down to operations and field supervisors. They are unreliable, unsafe, and consistently miss deadlines. Their inability to submit accurate and timely project control documents makes executing work unnecessarily difficult. Communication is poor, and they are far from solution-oriented. I engaged with Eastern Applicators crews for drywall/painting at my property. Their team arrived on time and managed multiple task across the project efficiently. I was impressed by their manpower and how they kept workflow moving; stages felt well-managed. Both staff on site in office, came across as knowledgeable and committed to getting the job in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend working with this company.
We were so impressed with this drywall and paint company! The team worked quickly without cutting corners, and their professionalism showed at every step. Their expertise made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the finished results look fantastic. Highly recommend!
This place is an absolute joke. The customer service is consistently disappointing, and the manager, Rebekah Ordoñez, is especially unhelpful. Her attitude is completely unprofessional—she might want to consider a job she actually enjoys, because it’s clear this isn’t it.
