I engaged with Eastern Applicators crews for drywall/painting at my property. Their team arrived on time and managed multiple task across the project efficiently. I was impressed by their manpower and how they kept workflow moving; stages felt well-managed. Both staff on site in office, came across as knowledgeable and committed to getting the job in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend working with this company.

This place is an absolute joke. The customer service is consistently disappointing, and the manager, Rebekah Ordoñez, is especially unhelpful. Her attitude is completely unprofessional—she might want to consider a job she actually enjoys, because it’s clear this isn’t it.

Place is a joke want there product delivered on time to job sites but have no communication sitting around hours and every number you call either get no answer or nobody can help

Littered a whole intersection with 100s of invoices containing confidential contractor and customer information, customer service representative was rude when i brought up the issue and only sent someone out until I told them I would be giving their customers a call.
