My initial review of this was negative because there was a brief delay in installation but Justin and his team made right on the thing by significantly reducing the install cost and I got a great deal on a new Bosch system. Install went smoothly seems to be working well.
My initial review of this was negative because there was a brief delay in installation but Justin and his team made right on the thing by significantly reducing the install cost and I got a great deal on a new Bosch system. Install went smoothly seems to be working well.
I paid up front BIG mistake. Last week they delayed installation due to equipment they planned to purchase being dinged, Seth landlord died, and Justin was sick. I offered to pick up a check for my money back, pick up the equipment myself, or still have them do the installation so far no luck. I’m meeting with a lawyer today. Police said there’s nothing they can do as it’s not criminal but rather civil. I’ll update with progress and quality of installation if and when that occurs.
BEWARE!!! This company and owner, Justin Trout , is a thief!!! He took $2200.00 and refused to provide the service and 8 solar panel he was to deliver. I was just awarded a judgment against him. His office staff, Denise and technician, Seth are part of the SCAM!!! Do Not use this company for your heating and air and solar needs. Hope to get my money back soon.
Installed new unit quickly. Highly recommend. Thank you again.
