Although I had to cancel my rental due to a scheduling conflict, I still recommend East Coast because they answered all my questions during the booking process (I called several times!) and then when I had to cancel a few days before they did so and refunded me my money with no issue. They were super understanding and accommodating. I look forward to actually getting to rent a vehicle in the future!
Although the sales associates were friendly, professional, and easy to work with, we were disappointed with the overall experience and the condition of the vehicle. We rented a Lamborghini during our visit to Charleston, SC. Unfortunately, the car smelled strongly of smoke, made a constant crackling noise throughout our rental that did not seem normal, and was missing the rear emblem. We later learned they were already aware the emblem was missing, but this was never disclosed to us before we took possession of the vehicle. ... read more
