The entire rental process was smooth, professional, and easy from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I expected. Communication was great, pickup and return were straightforward, and the customer service really stood out. If you’re looking for a reliable luxury or exotic car rental company in Charleston, I highly recommend EC. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!
Although I had to cancel my rental due to a scheduling conflict, I still recommend East Coast because they answered all my questions during the booking process (I called several times!) and then when I had to cancel a few days before they did so and refunded me my money with no issue. They were super understanding and accommodating. I look forward to actually getting to rent a vehicle in the future!
Although the sales associates were friendly, professional, and easy to work with, we were disappointed with the overall experience and the condition of the vehicle. We rented a Lamborghini during our visit to Charleston, SC. Unfortunately, the car smelled strongly of smoke, made a constant crackling noise throughout our rental that did not seem normal, and was missing the rear emblem.
