I worked with John Rosenbaum and he was very difficult to work with. For him to call himself a general contractor is a JOKE. All he likes to do is take you’re money and go spend it on long vacation, fishing trips and etc. I can’t stand this guy. He is an entitled person. That he views that the world revolves around him. The man is never on the job site, can’t follow instructions on blue prints and all in all is just disrespectful to other contractors that know better.

Currently living in a rental built by this company in 2017. What started as a small leak has turned into water pouring into our home. Every last person that’s come to look at the home to resolve the issue states were several critical errors made in the build. My heart breaks for the owner of our rental as they’re looking at $100k in repairs and rebuild.

My husband and I have purchased a home that was built by this company. We have a 1 year Warranty on the home because it is a new build. It is impossible to get ahold of him to discuss issues with the house (which there are a lot), he is very unprofessional and on multiple occasions after finally getting him to email me back he says he will come out to look/fix things and then never shows up. Horrible experience and I most defiantly would not recommend him to anyone.
