Attending Dr was extraordinarily rude and condescending. Failed my DOT physical even after I provided the requested documentation she asked for. She smiled as she told me she was going to disqualify me and you could tell it made her happy. Extremely long wait time as well even if you were naive enough to make an appointment. Avoid at all costs!
