I went to tour an apartment and the one that I toured smelled heavily of tobacco smoke despite being professionally cleaned. However, the staff were very nice and attentive while I was there. The community looks nice for what they are asking for in rent.
Ive been here for 11 months and The maintenance guys and groundskeeping continue to be excellent. They are nice, cordial and fast.They came to change my AC filter yesterday and check my detectors. On Saturday I found out that I had a toilet water leak. I called the office and put in a ticket but the maintenance guys never got it.
