This is the place to stop for fish and seafood. Staff is great, food is always spot on & seasoned well.
I've been going to EFG for decades, well before they moved to their current location and I've almost always had an excellent experience. But the service and atmosphere aren't as good as they used to be. And we had a terrible experience on Saturday night. First, they got our order wrong. Excellent food and service.
Place is loud inside, almost have to yell across the table. Waiter was good and humorous. Everything is always good here. The calamari salad is always great however this time they had no fried chicken peas which I think really makes the dish. The clam chowder was a 50 out of 10. So creamy and loaded with clams The halibut is always great here. The tomato’s on top was different but it works. The crab cake has zero filler and the sauce is awesome.
