We entered the Eastchester dealership we were greeted by a young man named Kevin. We told him what we were looking for he took care of us and we were able to leave with a car the same day Thank you Kevin, I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

They are happy & enthusiastic to work with you up until they get a payment or have almost completed the sale. My wife bought a car which ended up having a major water hose leak. It starting a couple days after she bought the car. The sales people & the mechanics were in on it together in having us run back & forth between departments to avoid having to fix it. Our vehicle has been in/out of service with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for an unresolved electronic malfunction since 8/9/21 - the entire electrical system goes haywire rendering the vehicle un-drivable. They have returned the vehicle to us several times claiming it to be fixed only to have it malfunction on the road and requiring us to have it towed back to them.
