I bring my 2012 Toyota Prius C (which I bought in 2015 from Lia) for ALL service appointments. I bought the car from Kyle Ohlidol who at the time was working on the Jeep side of the dealership. I have no complaints at all because I have always brought my Toyota to the Jeep side but I took it in for it's inspection yesterday and had made the appointment online on the Toyota side and was told that since my car was registered to the Jeep side I could bring it over to the Jeep service center. This Dealership, especially the service department, are should be avoided if you want to be treated as a valued customer. This dealership does not deserve the reviews they have gotten, as their practices show they do not care about the customer. I had items (2 sunglasses worth combined $350) recently stolen from the vehicle, that I can validate that they were in the vehicle prior to service and the service department (Mike - Service Director, Bob Utterback - Service Staff, and the Service Manager) did not follow-up with my c... read more

The service department is incapable of fixing an ongoing coolant leak, and often has to do the same repair over again because it didn't get done correctly the first time. They replaced the water pump in March 2019, then again in June 2019 They replaced the turbo bypass hose in July 2020, then again in August 2020 due to faulty installation. My truck has been to Big O Dodge a total of 7 times for this coolant problem, resulting in 33 days out of service. My 'check engine' light brought me to Lia Chrysler. Was given excellent service by Service Advisor Patrick Myrie. Carefully went over the cause of the alarm and explained the cost associated. Thought I'd get a jump on the annual NYS Inspection, but he told me that, because of the engine light problem, the car would have to be driven for an additional 100 miles-something of which I wasn't aware! Now THAT'S careful and professional!
