5 Stars!! Highly Recommend...Excellent Facility with a truly genuine and caring staff. My father was in rehab at EastCastle Place for over a month and he really enjoyed his rehab stay. From the Managers, social workers, CNAs, therapy staff, food staff, and activity staff...everyone was very kind and helpful. (If i were to need to stay in a rehab facility, I would definitely choose EastCastle Place after my fathers great experience.) Great facility with compassionate, caring staff and residents!
I love it here... yes, I now reside at Eastcastle and so it is my new place of residence. For the record, I loved living in Delafield but this is the next best. People are great, staff is excellent, apartment is perfect for me, I’m near my son and brother and my wonderful family makes sure I’m forever attended to, or visited by them or other members of the family. What more could I ever want? ( except of course, if I could have my Patrick back. That would cover all my needs.)
Several years ago my husband broke his femur. He did his rehab at East Castle. Staff was wonderful, gave him the freedom to come and go in his wheel chair, as he is a smoker. They are not like other places that have a revolving staff. His one nurse had been there for 20 years. NOW that is wonderful.
My mother worked as a nurse here for over 20 years - she now lives here and is so extremely happy. She always said she wanted to live at East Castle when it was the right time. Now is the time! We, all of her kids, are so happy knowing she is safe, happy and thriving in this wonderful community.
