Horrible experience waited over an hour only to ask them to change the dr I was seeing and I was seen asap then. No communication from them to tell me it was going to be running late either.

Dont book any appointment with Dr Badrika. I had appintment at 4.30pm until 5.40pm she didnt came out. Then I changed my booking with some other Dr. If you really want to have a day off, then booked with her. Worst experience ever
Terrible. Had me waiting for nearly 1 hour only for the doctor to open his door and show he was by himself the whole time. When I finally sat down he mistook February for August and told me he could be bothered reading the discharge forms from hospital. Was hard of hearing and honestly just felt like he’d just woken up. If you’re going to see someone here make sure it’s Dr Sam. He’s lovely and caring.
