This was an experience, to say the least... We waited over an hour for my husband's appointment. We sat down and, my God, he seemed to diagnose my husband before he had even finished explaining what had happened 🙃 The doctor misunderstood how my husband sustained his head injury. When my husband looked at me for help clarifying the situation, (he couldn't understand what the doctor was asking) I opened my mouth and was immediately shushed with a raised hand. Worst medical centre experience I've had in Australia. I booked an appointment through HotDoc for 1:50 PM on 10/06/2026. When I arrived, I was told the doctor had been double-booked and was asked to return at 3:30 PM. I was also advised that the consultation fee would be AUD 80. I came back at 3:30 PM as requested, only to wait until around 4:25 PM before being seen. After losing most of my afternoon because of their scheduling error, I expected a much better experience. Horrible experience waited over an hour only to ask them to change the dr I was seeing and I was seen asap then. No communication from them to tell me it was going to be running late either.
