Been asking for blood work results to be faxed and they keep saying they will but we never get them. I don't know what's going on there....

I was excited when this location first opened up 2 years ago. However, since they split from Turnphaugh, things have very quickly changed for the worst. First off, the receptionist hardly knows anything when you ask questions it’s you need to be seen and charge you $$$ amount. In my case I simply needed a prescription for progesterone that my midwife was unable to order. I asked the receptionist if they can fill this order. She couldn’t answer my question. This place is IMPOSSIBLE to work with, even just to get past the receptionist first is quite difficult, she was really hard to schedule with, and very curt everytime i spoke to her, and In one instance I had to call in for an appointment(to get test results back), she gave me 3 different phone numbers,and 30 minutes of being on hold (* after my scheduled time )she finally told me we could do it at a later time , this was after she told me that it could be a call in appointment without asking the doctor first, i understand em... read more
