This place is IMPOSSIBLE to work with, even just to get past the receptionist first is quite difficult, she was really hard to schedule with, and very curt everytime i spoke to her, and In one instance I had to call in for an appointment(to get test results back), she gave me 3 different phone numbers,and 30 minutes of being on hold (* after my scheduled time )she finally told me we could do it at a later time , this was after she told me that it could be a call in appointment without asking the doctor first, i understand em... read more
Dismissive receptionist and no honest estimate given up front. As a self-pay patient, my final charges were far higher than expected for a consultation visit and higher then they said it would be when i scheduled《SO MUCH FOR TRANSPARENCY 》This was especially disappointing for a practice that presents itself as faith-based AND geared towards self pay patients. Other practices that offer self pay discounts have ended up being quite a bit cheaper and have higher quality care than Eastbrook!
We love Dr Baird! :) I do wish they were easier to get a hold when you call. And would be a bit more prompt with appointment times.
Very grateful for the care my son received. We live out of town and they were great to call and communicate with. We felt well taken care of!
