More bait and switch. Basic oil change was supposed to be $23.95. When presented with bill, there was a $5.00 "up charge" due to "skid plate removal". My wife had been there numerous times in the past, and this was the first time anything was said about a skid plate removal. Eastbrook has lost both my and my wife's business. Also, from past experience, be very careful about them upselling you without you even being aware of it.
Bait and switch. All thru the week they advertise $20.95 oil change on Saturday. When you go in on Saturday they do not honor that. Say its not available today.
