I've recently moved here to Oklahoma from Texas and couldn't find housing available without long waiting lists. I was in a situation where I had to move quickly. Elaine was AMAZING at working me in to a nice place right where I preferred. I LOVE IT HERE! is a super beautiful setting and my neighbors are now really good friends of mine. Very dog friendly as long as the rules are followed which is how it should be. Maintenance was fast and very friendly. I’ve had nothing but a good experience since the new manager took over in March 2025z She’s very caring and has gone out her way to make sure my apartment is in good shape for move in on May 2. New paint and floor and electric covers.

I have been waiting over 3 years for. An apartment at Eastbrook. I was waiting even under the direction of previous manager. Current manager now has two coming open and when I called her today, she was very hateful on the phone and told me there was a list in front of me. She called me to take a one bedroom last week but it is completely torn up and will take a long time to fix.
