Jennifer the manager is great, but the maintenance guy is sloppy. He recently came to replace a part in the toilet and once he was done he walked out and was like it’s fixed… when I walked in after him he had left a huge puddle of water on the floor. Didn’t clean it up and didn’t say anything about it either. This isn’t the first time he’s left a mess. Very dissatisfied with that guy.
