Blood collector was brilliant, very experienced, professional and kind. Her reassuring words and caring manner made me feel relaxed. I really hate needles, but her calm presence instantly put me at ease. It was quick and stress free. Reception staff at the centre were lovely. No dramas at all to get my QR code e-form printed out beforehand. Second time I've been here, I recommend it
After this review I received a call from the clinic to discuss my experience. I was told there are regular educational sessions on perimenopause and menopause which is wonderful to hear. Thanks Eastbound for following up 😊 I had an appointment with Dr Matthew Yap today as my usual GP was unavailable, needing a repeat prescription for medication that has been helping manage my perimenopause symptoms. An amazing medical clinic. Outstanding doctors, nurses and support staff. Since seeing my GP at Eastbound Medical Clinic I have felt incredibly well taken care of.
