Very good service and follow-up service as well. Can't fault the clinic.
First time calling this clinic to ask a general quick question....was on hold immediately for 12 minutes! Ridiculous service. Who knows how much longer it would have been had i not hung up! Whatever happened to checking after a minute??? Reception staff have no idea how to man phones these days!...
Very professional and able to get a consult and injections at the same time. There are on occasions short delays.
Blood collector was brilliant, very experienced, professional and kind. Her reassuring words and caring manner made me feel relaxed. I really hate needles, but her calm presence instantly put me at ease. It was quick and stress free. Reception staff at the centre were lovely. No dramas at all to get my QR code e-form printed out beforehand. Second time I've been here, I recommend it
