I wanted to share a few suggestions that I believe would help maintain the quality and cleanliness of our wonderful community. Firstly, I appreciate how quiet and pleasant the area is overall. However, I’ve noticed that bird droppings are accumulating around certain public areas, particularly near the staircases. Regular cleaning of these spots would greatly improve hygiene and the appearance of the shared spaces. I really enjoy living at these apartments and the staff is very nice. They also gave me a good tour of the apartment and the location is very accessible. They also have a great pool and rooftop.
Almost 2 years in this community and I can't really complain. Nice apartments, nice area, everything you need is around here.
