T is absolutely amazing! I came in for a tour, and she showed me so much kindness and was very helpful with any questions I had. It was truly one of the best experiences I have had looking for apartments (and I have lived in a few different places). People like her in the apartment leasing world make the experience so much easier and stress free. I am so excited to move in! This complex is not only in a beautiful area, but the property is also very well taken care of.
As other residents have shared, property is severely mismanaged. Cleanliness is an after thought. Multiple service requests have to get put in for the most basic things. Elevator in my building was out for days this summer and my understanding is that the building next to us is on its third week of having their elevator out. So, unless you want to come home after a long day and carry groceries up several flights of stairs in 100°+ weather, look elsewhere.
Just how long are the elevators going to stay down in building five? It's only a hundred and six degrees these days.
Visited friends and my gawd… what works? The front door to get out. Do they just not care for the property because they have checks coming in? Visiting and I immediately felt bad for them giving me excuses of everything wrong in the complex. Eleen or Elieen whatever… has heard from him and she clearly doesnt care as long as the checks clear.
