Visited friends and my gawd… what works? The front door to get out. Do they just not care for the property because they have checks coming in? Visiting and I immediately felt bad for them giving me excuses of everything wrong in the complex. Eleen or Elieen whatever… has heard from him and she clearly doesnt care as long as the checks clear.
The manager doesn't do anything about requests to fix anything. Very disappointing especially when rent is paid, they make sure they get their money but don't want to put a work order in to fix anything. Manager name Eileen very unprofessional.

This place has potential it’s just so sad it’s managed by a terrible unprofessional manager. I’ve placed several work orders for my AC which she refuses to repair. Maintained claims nothing is wrong with it and when brought to managements attention the community manager stated we could have a 3rd party come out and inspect at our expense. Stay away if you value your security deposit. This management team uses deceptive practices during move-out. They charged me $240 for a "heavy clean" and $117 for carpets, despite me having clear video evidence that the apartment was clean and being told by staff that carpet cleaning wasn't needed.
