They charged me $240 for a "heavy clean" and $117 for carpets, despite me having clear video evidence that the apartment was clean and being told by staff that carpet cleaning wasn't needed. I just moved in and cannot say anything more than great things about this property!! Office staff is amazingly pleasant, maintenance request are answered immediately and property grounds are well kept!!! Great location within walkable distance to shopping and eateries!! Great running and walking trails with lovely scenic!!!
