I highly recommend living at Eastampton Garden Apartments. I’ve lived here for many years with no issues. The maintenance staff is awesome, very polite, quick and efficient. Fabian and Will are great and always complete any issues with my place very thoroughly and efficiently.
I moved into Eastampton Gardens in August of this year and it's been refreshing. Management is always kind and maintenance is quick to respond (even for non urgent things like paint). Paul and Fabian have already been to my unit countless times since I've moved in which I'd assume is annoying, but they're always friendly and happy to help. The grounds are nicely kept as well and neighbors have been respectful. Based on my experience so far I would say this is a great place to live.
Maintenance is great there, they come right out and Fabian was excellent today. He had to change my front door lock, it want working. Hes super nice, very respectful and did a great job! All the maintenance and staff are great!
Fabian quickly and efficiently handled a battery change in our thermostat, even though he was tending to a different task in our unit. Thanks for the swift help!!
Fabian did a great job with the work in my apartment it is greatly appreciated.
