A over priced dump that’s falling apart. Paper thin walls These pretend reviews Google as well as these place I visited was pure ghetto to a friend that dump I witness is mess. Sitting on the balcony the place vibrates when the air unit comes on. Visiting my friend reminded me of big ghetto building falling down half repaired patch up draining it for its on its last leg. Poorly maintained apartments. They do have a gym, dog park and communal grilling area but you can definitely get a better place for your money.
Staff are friendly and helpful. They made the process seamless and always welcomed any questions I had. Great in-person experience overall.
My AC went out after this recent heatwave, so I put in a maintenance request. It hadn’t even been half an hour since I put in the request and Fabian had showed up to repair it. He and his partner were professional, quick, and told me that if there were any more problems that he was on-call over the weekend and could help. I’m really happy I chose to live here as it’s also very pet friendly.
Paul and Fabian were awesome addressing my HVAC issue. Literally 10 minutes between placing the call and having it fixed.
