I dropped a star because the paint seems to be causing the doors to get stuck if left closed for long periods of time, and it feels like you can't place anything up against the wall without it discoloring the walls. On the other hand, the maintenance personnel are quick to respond to any issues, even those that don't seem urgent. I had my toilet repaired, and I assume it stopped the leak going into the downstairs. I can only say it definitely stopped wobbling. Me and my fiancé have been living here for 2+ years now and the maintenance team has been amazing since day 1. They always go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and safe. A big thank you to Will and Fabian for always being the best and doing their best.
The maintenance crew is excellent. Work in a professional and clean manner. Paul and Anna are the most respectful individuals of the Apartments staff.
Great place to stay with family. Safe, clean, and peaceful. Maintenance staff really are the best, especially Will Cruz. You will see him early morning cleaning the place. When you need something fixed he will be there in even less than 5 min to check and fix what needed to be fixed. You will see him all around the area, always making sure that the community is safe and are well taken care of. This is the reason why until now we are still here and not moving. kudos sir Will Cruz.
We are residents here at Eastampton gardens since 2023. So far we are pleased with our stay here. The staffs are easy to talk with and kind too. We've met a lot of the maintenance team and Mr. Will Cruz stands out amongst all. Since we moved in, he's there assisting us. He is quick to respond too and will see to it that our request have been met. Very friendly that even my kids are comfortable to talk to him. Very glad he is here. Would really commend him for the work he do here..
