My previous issue with maintenance has improved over the last day or two so I'm now adding a star back.
I took a star off. I've been here for almost 2 years now and for the most part its been good, but lately, I've been having issues with communication with maintenance. At first, I just let it go, because I understand my apartment isnt the only one, but the lack of communication if they run into an issue like needing to order a part or come back later has gotten worse, they just don't show up or don't call to update me on the matter. I dropped a star because the paint seems to be causing the doors to get stuck if left closed for long periods of time, and it feels like you can't place anything up against the wall without it discoloring the walls. On the other hand, the maintenance personnel are quick to respond to any issues, even those that don't seem urgent. I had my toilet repaired, and I assume it stopped the leak going into the downstairs. I can only say it definitely stopped wobbling.
