I read the reviews and was hoping it would be better. I was WRONG! This was my experience during the past year. For 1 year East Wind NEVER felt like home. Considering I paid $1500 a month not including utilities I should at least be comfortable living there without management walking around looking in my porch and windows. As soon as I moved in they started putting warning notices on my door that never stopped.
