We've been snow birds for nine years. We typically travel with 2 small dog and recently we've added to adult cats to our happy home. we've been using East-West as our Florida Veterinarian since 2015 when we first arrived. Several years ago we had to euthanize one of our pups who was 16 and had developed a brain tumor. These pieces of trash refused to see my dog who has been a patient for years after he was poisoned. That’s the kind of care you receive from east worst.
Not very happy that who ever shaves dogs for surgery needs to learn how to do it. I understand you got to do it but don't be sloppy with it, BTW act like you care when you do it..I really dont even wanna bring my dog back just because who ever did that needs to find another job. No reason to shave that high up on 1 side and do it fine on the other. No where near where u needed to be ..absolutely sloppy
Our senior dog suddenly couldn’t stand on his front paw. We are snow birds and don’t have a vet here. We called the East West Clinic and they told us to bring him in asap. They were compassionate, caring and understanding. They helped us make the decision to put him down, made him feel relaxed and let us spend time with him at the end. We would definitely recommend this care center. Thank you staff for being there when we needed you.
