Del Prado & Pine Island Pet Vet is My Dog Belle's Vet I love this place! Dr. Sharp discovered my dog Belle had heart worms about a year ago that pevious vet clinic did not. She came through the treatment fine, but it was scary. Dr. Sharp and his team were very attentive. Belle loves Amy, Sarah and Marie and they treat her like their own dog--Belle can't wait to see them! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great Vet This is a fantastic veterinary practice. After 9 years as a vet tech, I'm probably picker than most when it comes to choosing a vet. The staff is knowledeable, caring, compassionate, and genuine. Dr. Sharp is thorough, patient, and has a wonderful "bedside" manner with even the most nervous of patients.
Very pleasant experience I came in today with my kitty cat, who is a little bit more timid than the others, to get some blood work for a spay, and some updates on her shots. I couldn't believe how patient the vet and the assistant were with my little snot of a cat. I was very scared because my kitten had scratched the vet and the vet was so calm, and so patient. Del Prado & Pine Island Pet Vet is Peanut and Jo Jo's Treat haven! This is my first choice!!! I have been taking our pup to Dr. Sharp since the day we got him. They have done nothing but care for our animals, they even call and check up on Peanut and Jo Jo when they are sick. I could never ask for a better Vet, The staff at pet vet is awesome and my dogs love going there. They always make you feel at home and that you should never worry about your pet being there. Not a good place to take your pets. Chances are pretty good that if you have an emergency and choose Pet Vet, yoour pet will die in your lap while waiting to see a Dr. I have been there twice and waited over an hour each time, the last time I didnt even see the Dr. I had to leave after waiting from 7 am to 11 am, then had to start my search all over again. BE WARNED......
If I can give this vet a 0 I would! I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. I will start with my boxer that passed 2 years ago. We had moved here 4 years ago and established our dogs with Cape Coral pet vet. We had taken our bulldog and boxer to get there vaccines. Our boxer had been seen a few times for stomach issues and vomiting. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the care given to our shi-tzu by the doctors and staff at Cape Coral Pet Vet. She was desperately ill with what turned out to be sudden onset of canine diabetes when we brought her in. They quickly diagnosed and stabilized her and arranged for emergency care for her at the Animal Hospital of SW Florida. We are continuing to work with Cape Coral Pet Vet to fine tune our pup’s ongoing treatment.
The kind and professional staff have always taken wonderful care of our pups.
