I had the pleasure of living in the Riverfront area for over two decades. During that time, I witnessed a myriad of changes, both positive and negative, as well as the constant ebb and flow of people. Despite these changes, the East-West team remained steadfast in their support. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness, exceptional service, and patience throughout the years. They took great care of my wife, our dog, and were good stewards of our home.
Worst HOA and rules ever
Poor communication, management doesn’t want to deal with questions so information is scarce regarding major issues in the building. They are hands off in any commercial tenant issues, curb appeal suffers.
Property manager very uncommunicative. Have reached out numerous times (5) to resolve an issue, she has finally admitted that there is no paper trail and states that I am financially responsible for this issue for which I have no evidence ever existed. An apology for the cascade of errors would have gone a long way.
Scam management company that seemingly enriches its contractors at the expense of the residents. Does not follow up problems in a timely manner. Elevator down for 2 months, causing units to be unsaleable and a nightmare for residents with disabilities. The garage door has broken several times this year. Will be reporting to BBB! I’ve seen section 8 housing better managed than this. Average HOA fee is $2300 a month per unit. Zero direction from management.
