Poor communication, management doesn’t want to deal with questions so information is scarce regarding major issues in the building. They are hands off in any commercial tenant issues, curb appeal suffers.
Property manager very uncommunicative. Have reached out numerous times (5) to resolve an issue, she has finally admitted that there is no paper trail and states that I am financially responsible for this issue for which I have no evidence ever existed. An apology for the cascade of errors would have gone a long way.
Scam management company that seemingly enriches its contractors at the expense of the residents. Does not follow up problems in a timely manner. Elevator down for 2 months, causing units to be unsaleable and a nightmare for residents with disabilities. The garage door has broken several times this year. Will be reporting to BBB! I’ve seen section 8 housing better managed than this. Average HOA fee is $2300 a month per unit. Zero direction from management.
Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great area, good maintenance guys, fixed monthly payments with no surprise fees or charges during the lease term. They allowed me a short extension of my lease to help with some uncertain moving circumstances. Cons: They said the unit was "professionally deep cleaned" prior to move in when it was obviously filthy - see photos of move in. They then claimed after seeing these photos the unit "sat for a long time"... They then required me to get the unit professionally cleaned at the end of my lea... read more
