Incredibly professional
We had a bachelors gulch home with East West and were very pleased with their service check in was easy checkout was even easier a quick call to our personal property manager/concierge was the solution to every issue we encountered this is the perfect combo of privacy of a privately owned home with the amenities of the best of hotels. WE had access to the Ritz carlton and Park Hyatt, truly the best of both worlds !
