Sister company to imovers complete trash destroyed all my stuff in the move and there “insurance” and claims department is a complete joke
East West Movers illegally more than doubled our charges without issuing a new binding estimate, refused to give us back our belongings until we paid up front in cash or money order, and broke more than 30 of our things, including our TV and preserved wedding bouquets. They have been ignoring our attempts to be reimbursed for the broken items. We’re beginning the process of filing a claim with the FMCSA. Have the day you deserve, East West.
BE AWARE! YOU WILL PAY A LOT MORE THAN YOU EXPECT TO! So, East West Movers were contracted to me by brokers Allegiance. I gave the brokers everything that I understood they needed and they quoted me $3000 (which was way off because I ended up spending more than double that. The brokers do not know how to quote right). So for starters they were trying to scam us out of more money to load the trucks we were moving out of state so they were supposed to pack two trucks and move it to an 18 wheeler they were seven days late very unprofessional we hired them to unload the trucks also when they got here they sent one truck driver most of our stuff either came broken or missing every single truck driver loader they hired a unloader from craigslist all asked for tips if it was my choice I’ll give them -10 stars I would not recommend this company f... read more
this company is the WORST!!!! sloppy and uncaring for other peoples belongings threw my clothes in boxes like my articles where garbage and LIED About it Broke items of mine and OVER CHARGED me more then i should have been charged for lost shoes the list is endless they where in a hurry and wouldn't bring huge boxes in the house for me SLOPPY and LAZY would never recommend them to my worst enemy. been trying to submit a claim but they ignore emails and phone calls THEY ARE THE WORST and the most unprofessional group i ever h... read more
