Engaged with East West Plumbing & Heating via a request for new AC install using Costco Services. Dwight and Allison reached out, did a site walk, and got back to me with options. Once picked, the team engaged quickly and unit appears to be working well. Install was clean and neat.
Update: Dwight called and we discussed the issues. All problems have been rectified. As previously stated, installation was good and we're happy with the work done. My extreme upset was due to the double billing - which was fixed - not the work; the work seems great. Installation was good. If something isn't going to be done, don't say it will be. The person who said they'd come back to put on a small piece outside, didn't come back. If they hadn't said anything about it, I don't believe I'd care as I'd be none the wiser. Ho... read more
We recently hired East West Heating Inc. to do a furnace clean and maintenance. From the booking to the completion, everything went smoothly! The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this company. We will use them again!!!
Installation was good. If something isn't going to be done, don't say it will be. The person who said they'd come back to put on a small piece outside, didn't come back. If they hadn't said anything about it, I don't believe I'd care as I'd be none the wiser.
