We recently hired East West Heating Inc. to do a furnace clean and maintenance. From the booking to the completion, everything went smoothly! The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this company. We will use them again!!!
Installation was good. If something isn't going to be done, don't say it will be. The person who said they'd come back to put on a small piece outside, didn't come back. If they hadn't said anything about it, I don't believe I'd care as I'd be none the wiser. However, my extreme disappointment is the double billing and then being told, no, I didn't make the payments properly when I know I did. I have an extensive accounting background...
