We had to send our piece back 5 times within 18 months to get redesigned. My wife has worn this less time than it's been back in their shop for issues. Fixing issues takes weeks/months. Even after the 5th time, they got our address wrong and the ring was undeliverable until they fixed the problem. I know they have a lot of good reviews, but a lot of comments are not specific (great job, nice people, etc.) but the overall customer lifecycle is far from 5 stars
