We completely agree with the other reviewer, East West Shutters are dishonest and a hassle to deal with. Mark did not deliver on what we ordered, and some 16 months later we still have damages that he's never resolved. The owners have not responded to the complaint filed! Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them!
Business response:
We have filed a law suit against this customer. We have tried numerous times to satisfy them by examining what they are complaining about and sending out the manufacturer to do the same. We have corrected the issues that were valid. The remainder of their complaints are not valid. We tried as hard as is humanly possible to satisfy this customer. Our only recourse is to settle this in court.
Not happy !! I ordered 2" faux wood blinds for my condo. I asked Mark if mine were going to have the wood-grain look ! He replied ..YES !! Mine came with a smooth finish..NOT AT ALL what I had ordered ! I ended receiving a 2" basic blind ! That is NOT what I had paid for !! When I brought this up to Mark...HE DID NOTHING !! I feel RIPPED OFF !! I always use family-run business BUT do NOT recommend this one !! They don't care once they get your money !!
