The worst customer service I got in the bank. Heidi Ha who is the supervisor should not be even a worker in bank. I asked her for simple wire transfer and she handed a form asking me to fill and gave me a hard time filling it, even though other banks do all the work for you. If I could give 0 star I would. Worsts worsts worsts experience.
