My husband went to this location trying to open a community account. They told him the person who opens accounts was on lunch. Which is weird because it was already 2 pm. That means it was over the fifth hour of work. Anyway, he waited and when he was helped they told him they don’t offer that type of account. Which is weird because it is advertised at the EWB internet site. They told him to go to Lincoln Heights branch. They even gave him a sheet with the information about the other racist branch. Mack, Daisy are excellent. A mistake on part required me apologizing. Mack(asst manager) tried to resolve issue and that’s a great branch manager/leadership.
