银行门面不小，但是他们很懒不想工作，10:30am去开新账户，工作人员说开户要40分钟，到了吃午饭时间人员不够….11:10am就要吃午饭吗？？ 更何况办理业务总有先来后到吧，他们这是挑业务筛选办理…今天的事情，经理要查人头看看谁上班就知道！

Staff don’t know how to open a business account! They are not fully trained. I will go to previous east west bank which locate in rowland height to open an account, they know how to open. Very bad experience.
