This is one of the best banks I’ve ever visited. Every staff member is incredibly friendly and genuinely willing to help. Irene Williams is highly knowledgeable and very efficient—she was able to answer all of our questions and quickly helped us open our account. We will definitely come back again in the future :)

Here's a new problem with this bank. Again, I have been a customer of this bank for over 25 years. The prior vice president, Nahid Yamini, was a gem. If I ever I was overdrawn on an account, she would give me a courtesy call and allow me 24 hours to bring the account current. Now that she is gone, I am not getting the same courtesy. I have been banking at East West Bank for over 25!years. The service was fantastic and Nahid, the VP and branch manager would always make sure that my transactions ran smoothly and my deposits would always be available immediately for my business. Sara, the assistant manager, was also terrific and helpful. HOWEVER, as of last week, Nahid retired and Sara has left.
