Here's a new problem with this bank. Again, I have been a customer of this bank for over 25 years. The prior vice president, Nahid Yamini, was a gem. If I ever I was overdrawn on an account, she would give me a courtesy call and allow me 24 hours to bring the account current. Now that she is gone, I am not getting the same courtesy. Absolutely worst bank in All of LA beyond unhelpful and long lines !!!!
I have been banking at East West Bank for over 25!years. The service was fantastic and Nahid, the VP and branch manager would always make sure that my transactions ran smoothly and my deposits would always be available immediately for my business. Sara, the assistant manager, was also terrific and helpful. HOWEVER, as of last week, Nahid retired and Sara has left. We were just at the Encino branch and thank you to all the staff for being so warm and kind. We left the Torrance location today and we were left very upset. They refused to help us and made us feel very hopeless. Luckily as soon as we got to the Encino branch Irene and Sara greeted us with a smile on their face, sat us down, listened to what we needed, and helped us.
