Extremely slow. Waited for almost an hour for teller while other employees (who are probably stationed somewhere else) walked by with no obligation to break protocol for a moment just to help the single teller at front. Better to go to the other EastWest locations not too far away to save time.
One of the worst experiences I have ever! The people in this branch needs better training.
