I’ve had many bad experiences with EastWest bank and I’ve never took the time to write a review but I got time today! Received a call from the bank branch that my mother’s account was negative. My mother doesn’t live near the branch so whenever she needs to make a deposit or a withdrawal, she has to take the bus to the closest branch. She took the bus and deposited the money, then I received another call from the branch letting me know that my mother’s account is negative again because they charged her an overdraft fee of $3... read more
