Great experience with Elvis and East West Bank! I've been a customer of East West Bank for a while now and Elvis has been our loan agent. He has always been diligent, courteous, hardworking, and communicative, consistently delivering the best possible results. Rude teller. Would'nt even give me 1 roll of quarters. Didn't try to help me out, didn't care at all. And I was the only customer in the bank! I guess she just wanted to continue doing nothing behind her desk...
