Sent an inquiry for the mortgage. Got extremely dry and unfriendly treatment from the lady named Irene Young over email. Very unprofessional and dry email responses. Even though, my request does not meet bank’s lending policy (which is fine and understandable), but you need to try to be better at communication.
Hiding their atm machine in an office building that’s closed during weekend
The ATM MACHINE NEXT TO THE BANK ENTRANCE TOOK MY CASH DEPOSIT , i ENTERED THE BANK AND REPORTED IT WITHIN ONE MINUTE. THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THEY HAD TO CALL ATM MACHINE MAINTENANCE GUY WHICH TOOK 4 DAYS TO SHOW UP. MEANWHILE ALL MY ACCOUNT WAS MESSED UP AND NO CHARGES COULD GET APPROVED . IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF THEY HAVE A DEFECTIVE ATM at the bank and they will not take care of long time customer to issue credit for the deposit until a maintenance guy shows up. An excellent bank to deal with. All staff and manager JD are very professional and knowledgable. They quickly resolved any issue and provided individual service. It has been a positive experience with personable banking service in a timely manner.
