Our manager Ivy Liu has been a game-changer for us. After a series of disappointing experiences with the bank, she is the reason we decided to stay longer. Ivy is wonderful to work with, her professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional communication truly set her apart. She is always responsive and makes the entire wealth management process seamless. We’re grateful for her expertise and the personal care she brings to our financial needs.
This bank is too bad. When I went to the deposit counter, two staff members counted the money and even stole the money. The monitoring and monitoring is blind and invisible. The character is too bad. I am going to cancel this bank. I hope that everyone will bring cash here to save money in the future, and must keep their eyes open to keep an eye on the money, otherwise you will lose money if you are not careful.
I would have gave a negative star if I could - worst banking experience ever & no wonder a bank could have a 2.5 star on google review lol. Their so called "internal policy" is nonsense and not comply with "COMMON SENSE", or, any other big name commercial banks in the US (Cha*5e / BOA, etc).
