Way over priced with the cheapest construction. Icy on first floors from cheap balconies. Can hear everything from neighbors above and below. Expected to shovel your own snow despite landlord saying they hired maintenance for it. And don't expect to get your deposit! Hired the cleaner she recommended and had her go through and clear it. Only to be given a check 29 days later for less than twenty bucks. Conveniently just before the legal cut off. She ran away like a coward as soon as I began opening it, too. Stay away.
